2001 – present "            Member of the working group for WHIP program (Wild Horse Incarceration Prevention Program): Extensive travel/research photography on brumbies/feral horses.This program has been initiated here in Australia by President of the Snowy River Shire, Ross McKinney.

1981               Europe – Germany-Switzerland: Official delegate for Germany in occasion of the Fifth Centenary of Canton Solothurn 1.200 km – 3 weeks

 

1982                    “           Cape Passero (Sicily), Italy – Cape North, Norway, hence a  trek from the most southern point of Europe to its most northern. 7000 km – 7 months

 

1984                    “           Italy – Roundtrip of Italian peninsula: story exclusive to

                                          ‘Airone’, Italy’s Geographic Magazine.

                                          4500 km – 6 months

 

1988                    “           Italy – Across Sardinia, mapping a horse/tourist trail for the

                                          Sardinian Tourist Commission.

                                          1000 km – 6 weeks

 

1989-91                   Australia Riding the Bicentennial National Horse Trail

     Melbourne, Vic. – Cooktown, Qld.

     5300 km – 1 year 8 months

 

1997                    “          Across the Nullarbor Plain by mule and buggy – Fundraiser for the RFDS

                                         1700 km – 3 months(not included 6 weeks hospitalisation due to feral camels, scaring my mule into bolting and injuring me.)

 

2000                    “          Spring Valley Heritage Horse Ride: Non-riding participant on  8thousand kilometres long horse ride Broome, WA to Sydney, NSW, accompanying the ride as official photographer/press liaison.

 

2002                    “         “Ride for Youth of the Outback”, Darwin-Adelaide
